This post is passing on a second hand report; my ski season is done but my brother and father are skiing yet. Last weekend they were Upnorth and spent Saturday at Ski Brule.
My brother reports the runs being good shape, but the runoffs being grabby and slow. He said you one could pick up a lot of speed going down Big Bear, but you had to ready yourself for the braking action of the snow on the bottoms.
Ski Brule is aiming to be open for another two weeks.
