The Wisconsin Skier

The Wisconsin Skier is open for business again or perhaps it is better to say, getting ready for business again.

I have some updates in mind for the site and some new features in mind. I will not say what they are until they are near completion.
I have to say my main goal is to foster more reader participation here. It is hard to get people to participate in these forums. Some people have excuses and others do have legitimate reasons for not participating publicly. I used to have a logon requirement to leave comments but have since dropped that restriction, it has caused spam levels to rise but there are some good tools out there to block the majority of them.

A buddy of mine did say it a contest where something of value is given away might help out. More on that later.
