I am not one for taking naps, but I try to get to bed much earlier than I would tend in the past. I target 8:30 but usually more like 9:00-9:30 when the lights are switched off, at least during the winter. During the summer I may be getting done with a ride at 9:00 and then I have to eat and all of that yet. However, during the winter it is definitely early to bed early to rise and I still get my 7.5 hours of sleep. After about 7.5 hours of quality sleep i awake and it is more effort to try to get back to sleep than it is to get up and get going on things.]]></description>
